Smartsource.com  is compatible with over 99% of operating system and browser combinations so there should be very few issues with the technology. Since we are not in the consumers’ homes it is difficult to diagnose specific printing issue.

There will always be a very small percentage of consumers that may not be able to print due to their computer / printer connections, a corporate firewall, etc.
